Returns and Exchanges

Return for Personalised Products:

Personalised products include any products that are made to a specific requirement - for example, colour, design, and personalisation. Please note, that all of our t-shirts are counted as personalised (customer selects size and colour).

All of our personalised items are made to order and due to their bespoke nature are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Returns Non-personalised products:

If you have ordered a non-personalised item within the last 14 days, it can be returned for a refund or exchange. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery (before sending the item back). It needs to be returned in brand new, unused condition. The return postage needs to be covered by yourself and please get proof of postage - we recommended recorded delivery for items over £15.

We will be unable to refund or exchange items before they have been received and assessed by The Joyful Rebel.

Postage is non-fundable for returned orders. Postage will have to be paid again for exchanges.

 

Faults:

If your order arrives incorrectly or is damaged, please contact us. We will need your order reference number, name, and photo of the issue. This will help us to quickly resolve your issue.

 

Cancellations:

We are happy to refund your order if you message us within 2 hours of placing the order and/or if we haven't started work on your order.

 

Exchanges:

See above.
